Jones Headwear was founded in Austin, Texas in 2022. We supply premium blank headwear to approved businesses, with Texas as our home market and shipping available across all 50 U.S. states. We do not sell to the public or ship internationally.

Whether you operate a decoration shop, build a merchandise brand or source headwear for your business, start with the Jones headwear collection. Hats feature a Drifit sweatband and a TPE snap for comfort. Back 9 is weatherproof; Set the Tone and the Trucker are not weatherproof.

How wholesale access works.

Apply for a wholesale account with your business contact details, website and resale documentation. Jones reviews applications before enabling pricing and purchasing. Approval is required to order.

Blank hats or a decorated project.

Choose your blank style and color, or use the Custom Studio to propose embroidery, patches or silicone decoration. Decoration starts at 48 hats. Custom color projects on an existing Jones style start at 144 hats with an estimated turnaround of about three months. Contact us to confirm price and timeline.
