Custom Hat Decoration

Choose your finish, prepare your artwork and submit your project for a quote.

Use the Jones Custom Studio to choose a style, color and artwork location. Decoration has a minimum of 48 hats on any hat option. Submit your concept and a Jones representative will review it and email a quote for your approval.

Choose your finish.

Embroidery is available as flat embroidery or puff embroidery. Flat embroidery adds a stitched finish; puff embroidery gives suitable shapes a raised appearance. Patches and silicone are also available. Jones confirms the suitability of your design during review.

Plan each location.

Decorate the front, left side, right side or back, in any combination. Upload and position artwork for each selected location. Your preview illustrates the concept; Jones confirms placement and production details in the final proof.

Upload clean artwork.

PNG and JPG mockup images must be at least 900 × 900 pixels, with at least 150 DPI recorded in the file. 300 DPI at the final decoration size is recommended. Keep your original production file available; PDF, PSD, AI, EPS and SVG files can be attached for review.

Make color choices intentional.

Use the background remover and art color controls to clean up your upload. Preview changes, then click Update Colors to apply them and clear removed color boxes. The realistic preview simplifies fades into solid colors. Pantone references can be included for Jones to review.

Your preview is a starting point.

The four-view photo mockup illustrates your selected decoration finish. It does not replace a production proof or guarantee thread color, stitch detail or finished dimensions. Jones reviews the artwork, quotes the project and emails you for approval before production.
