Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than $200 qualify for free shipping. At $200 or below, the checkout displays the applicable UPS shipping quote for your order and destination.

Save addresses in your account and select the shipping address during checkout. Check your recipient, street address, unit and ZIP code before placing your order.

Custom project timing.

Decoration and custom color projects are quoted separately. Confirm the project timeline with Jones before committing to an event or launch date. Custom color projects on an existing style have an estimated turnaround of about three months.
